We offer a mix of flexible hours as well as hybrid work arrangements. Some of our roles are entirely remote.

We offer 10 days of fully paid personal leave and 20 of recreational leave (pro-rata for part-time employees). Leave accumulates if not taken. After 10 years of service, leave increases at the rate of 1.3 weeks a year.
